A Little About Me
Music has been a passion of mine from a young age, playing the piano, singing, to continuing my studies into third level education. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Applied Music from Dundalk Institute of Technology and went on to accomplish a Professional Diploma in Music Education from University of Limerick. Following this I concluded my Masters in Musicology from The National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
With many years of teaching experience in various schools and academies, I am finally taking the next step to open Seomraí Ceoil, which has been my goal.
As a teacher, I’m passionate about encouraging children to have a love for music. Teaching with positivity and enthusiasm is so important for children to stay engaged and have fun while learning. As a mother, I know the patience and understanding that is needed to help children flourish. My aim is to inspire the next generation and watch them grow into wonderful musicians.
